Purpose and grounds of processing personal data

The processing of personal information is based on the legitimate interests of the keeper, to perform our regulatory obligations or obligations under agreement terms, on agreement to process personal information.The register is used for marketing products and services, as well as arranging surveys, campaigns, competitions and events. The information in the register is used for direct marketing. The information is also used to develop the business of the keeper of the register.

Information content of the register

The contents of the register may vary depending on the user. The register may include the following user information: First and last name, title or profession, age, gender, contact information, company or community and a possible prohibition on disclosure or use of data for direct marketing. In addition, the register may include other profiling information provided by the service user as well as information from cookies and web site usage.

Regular destinations of disclosed data and transferral of data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area

The information contained in the register may be disclosed to the same group or to any other party in the same economic association as the registrar in a way and to the extent that is legally permissible. Servers and other technical aids for processing data may be owned and managed by a third party service provider commissioned by the registrar.

Principles of protection of the register

We adhere to generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Only authorised persons are provided access to personally identifiable information collected via the Websites; and such individuals have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of this information. Although we use appropriate security measures once we have received your personal data, the transmission of data over the internet (including by e-mail) is never completely secure. We endeavour to protect personal data, but we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or by us.

You have a right to request a copy of personal information we hold about you; ask that we update the personal information we hold about you, or correct such personal information that you think is incorrect or incomplete; ask that we delete personal information that we hold about you, or restrict the way in which we use such personal information; forbid us to process of your personal information; and/or withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information (to the extent such processing is based on consent and consent is the only permissible basis for processing).
